July 15, 2012I purchased a 2002 Chevy Blazer brand new that came equipped with Uniroyal Laredo tires. I am now approaching 150,000 (yes that is correct) on these original tires. The tires still look good although I am replacing them soon. I am just wondering if anyone has heard of a set of tires lasting 150,000 miles? No one I have spoken too has. Maybe Uniroyal would like one for their showroom.

April 15, 2012I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra with Laredo Cross Country tires on it. To this day it now has a 123,000 miles on them. And still going strong. Thanks for a great tire.

November 15, 2011The ride on these tires is much improved over the OE tires that came with the car. The road handling is excellent & you actually feel the rubber gripping the pavement with the open grooves. I feel more in command of the road & quite happy with these tires. I recommend this tire for SUV type vehicles.

April 4, 2011I have had my tires on for almost 6 years. They have 109,451 miles on them which is great and the tread is still good on the back ones. The front ones has some wear from where I needed a front end alignment. I have a Ford Escape 2005 with Uniroyal Laredo tires on it. You make great tires. The best I've ever had!

February 21, 2011I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how happy I have been with the Uniroyal tires I purchased. In this day and age so many people are quick to complain about a product but not so quick to complement one. I purchased 4 Uniroyal 235-70-16 on November 27, 2007. At that point in time my 2006 Ford Escape had 56,350 miles on it. As of today, my Escape has 179,000 miles and it is now time to purchase new tire. I must admit that everyone I tell how many miles I have driven on this set of tires is amazed. Thank you for making such a high quality product.

August 17, 2010I bought 2 sets of the Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country for my Ford F150 and a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Tire Village in Bel Air, Md. upon Mr. Norman's recommendation to go with the Uniroyals. I can't believe that I have 100,000 miles on them and they still look good. My daughter's Jeep has 40,000 miles on her set of Uniroyal's and, other than scuffs on the white letters, they look great. I have bragged on these tires to all and they can't believe that they have that many miles on them. I guess I will have to replace them soon, even though I love this set. I hope my next set is great as this set has been.

December 17, 2009I wanted to let you know that I have been very satisified with the set of Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country tires that I purchased for our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo last year. So satisified that when we just recently purchased a pick-up for my son who will soon be 16 in the near future and the truck needed tires so we went with of the brand my family has grown to trust and depend on, Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country of course! Thanks for making a great tire.

March 13, 2009I want to commend Uniroyal for fine tire products. I have a 2002 Ford Escape 4X4 that I put a set of 235/70/16's on at 79000 miles. It now has 169800 miles on the same tires. Over 91000 miles later and I am just now getting ready to put on a new set. In this day and age, when products are mostly cheap and unreliable, it is pleasant to do business with a company that obviously still believes in service for your money. Thanks

February 20, 2009I wanted to let you know that of all the tires I have had on my vehicles in the past, Uniroyal tires have always out performed any other tire I have ever purchased. My family and I just finalized our vacation for this summer to Destin, FL (going to beach!). So, I went to purchase a set of Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country tires for our Jeep. I was surprised that the dealer did not stock any Uniroyal tires so I asked the salesperson if he could special order this specific tire from Uniroyal and he was nice enough to order me a set. I will have to make another 100 mile round trip back next week to get them installed but a trip what will be well worth it. Thanks for delivering a great product that my family is safe riding on everyday!

* For all P-metric sizes: Passenger sizes used in Light Truck/SUV applications have reduced load capacity. This will differ from the maximum load branded on the tire sidewall.
XL=Extra Load
Government UTQG Ratings do not apply to light truck sized tires.
>> The sizes shown are average design values for tires measured on specified measuring rim widths. Some tires may vary from this value by +/-3% of the section height (affecting overall diameter), and +/-4% of the section width.
>> Section width varies approximately 0.2" (5mm) for every 0.5" change in rim width.
>> Tread patterns are often tuned to accomodate different tire widths. Tires for a particular dimension of a given tireline may vary in appearance from the tire shown in the photograph.
WARNING:
Serious
or
fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.
DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim.
Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a
replacement
tire
with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.
For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.
For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.
S-Speed Rated
Sizes:
Maximum
Speed
(mph) 100 106 112
Inflation Increase (psi) 0.0 1.0 2.0
Load Capacity (% of max.) 100 100 100
