UNIROYAL® TIRE LAUNCHES SECOND YOUTH SOCCER SWEEPSTAKES Register To Win a Free Clinic with Olympic Champion Julie Foudy Greenville, S.C. (March 3, 2005) — It is every child's dream to learn a sport from the stars they admire most. Uniroyal Tire is again presenting today's youth with that opportunity through the second annual "Uniroyal Tire Julie Foudy Clinic Sweepstakes." For the second year, Uniroyal Tire will award one Grand Prize to the lucky winner and his or her youth soccer team consisting of a free three-hour clinic to be coached by three-time Olympic Medalist and two-time World Cup Champion, Julie Foudy. The clinic will offer the winner and his/her team a chance to learn directly from one of the top stars in U.S. professional soccer. Building on the success of last year's Sweepstakes, Uniroyal Tire has made some exciting changes to the 2005 contest. To encourage more people to enter and to have a chance of winning the Grand Prize, the promotional period has been extended from four to eight months. In addition, parents can enter the sweepstakes once a month allowing them to be eligible for 12 monthly, First Prize drawings to win a personally autographed soccer ball from Foudy. In November, Uniroyal will conduct a final drawing from all entries received throughout the promotional period to select the 2005 Grand Prize winner. Brandy Kieschnick of Nederland, Tex., was announced as the 2004 Grand Prize winner.
